Our story
Ten years of falling in love with Garopaba
For ten years we have kept coming back to Garopaba. What started as a holiday became a bond — with the wild green hills, the granite rocks polished by the surf and, above all, with the warm and open-hearted people who make this corner of Santa Catarina feel like home.
Casa de Sereia is our way of sharing that magic. A home where clean, modern architecture opens fully to nature: walls of glass, an infinity pool that seems to pour into the ocean, and terraces where every morning begins with light dancing on the water.
The name came by itself. Looking out from this cliff at the deep, shimmering, endless blue, it is easy to believe the old legends of the sereias — the mermaids whose song calls sailors to the sea. Here, the sea sings to you.
